I purchased the bags that I used for this project at Amazon.com. I used five of each of the small ones in black and pink and trimmed them down to 8" instead of 8.5". Here is the link if you wish to purchase them: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01...
Chipboard covers and spine: Cut (2) at 5.75" x8.50" and cut (1) at 2.25" x 8.50".
Binding - I used the hidden hinge on this one with 3/8" gussets. Cut (1) piece at 8" x 9.50" and score on the 9.50" side at 1.50", 2", 2.50", 2 7/8", 3 3/8", 3 7/8", 4.25", 4.75", 5.25", 5 5/8", 6 1/8", 6 5/8", 7", 7.50", and 8".
If you wish to make the pages on your own and not use paper bags - here are the measurements for the bas pages:
Cut (5) at 5.25" x 8"
cut (5) at 5.25" x 9" and score on the 9" side at .50" on each end.
Base Page Attachments:
Page 1: Cut (1) pocket at 5.25" x 1.50" - no scoring required for this piece.
Page 2 and 3: Cut (2) flaps at 5.25" x 7" and score on the 5.25" side at .50". Cut (2) pockets at 1" x 7" - no scoring required for this piece.
Page 4: Pocket - if you are using the paper bags then follow the video to see how I glue the bags to make a pocket. If you are not using paper bags, cut (1) pocket at 4" x 6.25" and score on the 6.25" side at .50" on each end and on the 4" side at .50"
Page 5: Cut (1) flap at 5.25" x 7" and score on the 5.25" side at .50". Cut (1) belly band at 2.50" x 8" and score on the 8" side at .50" on each end.
Page 6: Pocket - If you are not using paper bags, cut (1) pocket at 4" x 6.25" and score on the 6.25" side at .50" on each end and on the 4" side at .50"
Page 7: No flaps / pockets.
Page 8: Cut (1) flap at 5.25" x 7" and score on the 5.25" side at .50". Pocket - If you are not using paper bags, cut (1) pocket at 4" x 6.25" and score on the 6.25" side at .50" on each end and on the 4" side at .50"
Page 9 - Pocket - If you are not using paper bags, cut (1) pocket at 4" x 6.25" and score on the 6.25" side at .50" on each end and on the 4" side at .50"
Page 10 - Cut (1) pocket at 5.25" x 1.50" - no scoring required for this piece.
